Returns

The return of all online orders must be approved prior to sending back an order. Items must be returned to Olympia Cycle & Ski within 30 days of receiving the order. Products will only be considered for return if they are undamaged and are accompanied by the original manufacturer packaging. Returns are not accepted on the following items: sale items, bicycles, child carriers, washed clothing, next to skin items, gift cards and special order items.

To have the return of an online order approved:

Contact us via e-mail [email protected] to confirm return eligibility and to receive an RA number.

Preparing your package for return:

Returns must be packaged the same way as the original shipment was packaged. Packing must be sufficient and prevent any damage to the item(s) shipped. 

Customer is responsible for return shipping fees. 

Reimbursement:

Returns are refunded in the original form of payment once we have received your return in good order.
